This theoretical and practical workshop introduces participants to the world of crystals, minerals, and stones, and explores their historical, cultural, and contemporary spiritual significance.
Crystals and minerals have been part of Earth since its formation and have been used by humans since ancient times. Beyond their natural beauty, they have long been attributed energetic, healing, and even magical properties across different civilizations.
They have been used in technology, architecture, symbolism, religion, and decoration, and have attracted the attention of many great thinkers throughout history. Although modern science still does not provide concrete evidence for their energetic effects on humans, crystals continue to play an active role in many spiritual practices today.

How to choose a personal crystal or semi-precious stone
How to energize personal and working spaces
How to distinguish natural crystals from synthetic ones
How to maintain and connect with crystals and minerals
How they can be used for self-healing and personal development
Different types of crystals and the basics of crystal therapy
A balanced approach to crystal use, including common misconceptions in the New Age context
👩🏫 Facilitator
Teodora Paunović was born in Kruševac. She works with crystal therapy and began exploring energy healing, spirituality, soul journeys, and alternative medicine during her university studies.
She combines her love for art and energy into her brand of unique jewelry “Kristalna”, creating personalized talismans and amulets based on specific crystal combinations tailored to clients’ needs.
She is initiated in Kundalini Reiki healing and Etheric Crystal techniques, which she integrates with crystal therapy in her practice.
