2. About Us

AKC Gnezdo is an independent alternative cultural center in Kruševac that has been organizing programs in the fields of culture, art, and social engagement since 2017, with special attention focused on young people. Priority in the use of space, equipment, and time slots is given to programs that are public, open, and accessible, and that promote pluralism, dialogue, mutuality, and other forms of social, cultural, and artistic engagement. This website is an informational and organisational tool — it provides programme information, enables event registrations and serves as a channel for communication with the public.

3. Use of the Site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of third parties or the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

The following are specifically prohibited:

• Sending spam, fraudulent registrations or malicious content through forms on the site;

• Attempting unauthorised access to site systems, databases or administrative sections;

• Automated content extraction (scraping, crawling) without prior written consent from Gnezdo;

• Misrepresentation or submission of false information in any form on the site;

• Any conduct that may cause harm to Gnezdo, its collaborators, visitors or third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to texts, photographs, illustrations, risograph graphics, logos, visual designs and code — is the property of Gnezdo or its authors and partners, and is protected by Serbian copyright and related rights law and international conventions.

Permitted uses:

• Sharing direct links to site content with mandatory attribution;

• Use of short quotations (up to one paragraph of text or one photograph) for journalistic, educational or non-commercial purposes, with mandatory attribution and an active link to gnezdo.rs.

Not permitted:

• Reproduction, distribution, public display or commercial use of content without prior written consent from Gnezdo;

• Removal or alteration of copyright notices, watermarks or metadata from photographs, graphics or other content.

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising in connection with them or the use of the site are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The competent court for dispute resolution is the court in Kruševac, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
