Drawing on the principles of expressive arts therapy, the workshop offers a space for creative exploration, reflection, and connection with one’s own experience, without any need for prior artistic knowledge or skills.
🌿 Lina Bošković is the creator of the A Mother Was Born project—a unique postpartum journal and support space designed for mothers during the first year after childbirth. She has completed training as a postpartum doula and is a practitioner of expressive arts therapy and coaching. She also brings extensive experience from the creative industries, the corporate sector, as well as theatre and film.
During the A Mother Was Born workshop, participants will explore the experiences, emotions, and transformations that accompany motherhood through collage-making and reflective expression. We will talk about matrescence—the profound transition and changes that motherhood brings—and each participant will have the opportunity to create a personal narrative and shed light on parts of her story that often remain unspoken.
