The Mandala Drawing Workshop is designed as a space for creative expression, relaxation, and the development of mindfulness through a simple yet deeply introspective drawing process. Mandalas, circular forms found in various cultures around the world, are used as a tool for establishing balance, reducing stress, and strengthening concentration.
Through a guided process, participants will become familiar with the basic principles of mandala construction—working with the center, symmetry, repetition of shapes, and the rhythm of lines. The workshop does not require any prior artistic experience and is suitable for anyone who wishes to explore their creativity in a safe and supportive environment.
Through a combination of brief introductory exercises, demonstrations, and individual work, participants will create their own visual compositions. Special emphasis is placed on the process rather than the final result—drawing as a form of meditation and a way of connecting with oneself.
The workshop also encourages the exchange of experiences and a sense of community through a closing reflection circle, where participants may, if they wish, share their impressions and insights.
Participation is free of charge.
