The aim of the game is to find a model for how an INSTITUTION can operate as a form of social practice whose role is to organize human lives and social relations down to the smallest detail, while maintaining an appropriate relationship with the needs of the members of a community.

A serious game is an evolving genre that combines different game mechanics with a purpose that goes beyond entertainment. Through serious games, participants can acquire and exchange knowledge and skills, develop possible solutions to the problems they face, and build and strengthen their communities.

People of all ages, backgrounds and affiliations are invited to take part and contribute their own professional and personal knowledge and experience to developing ideas and models of how society can function in ways that make it better and improve the quality of life of those who are part of it.
