KAWIR (GR) & ARSON (SR)

Deeply rooted in ancient Hellenic tradition, the band channels Greek mythology, pagan spirit and the underground force of the Greek Black Metal scene into a distinctive and ritualistic sound. KAWIR’s music is deeply rooted in ancient Hellenic tradition, with lyrics performed in ancient Greek. Current live shows are presented under the banner “Celebrating 30 years of To Cavirs”, focusing on one of the band’s defining releases while honouring more than three decades of Hellenic Black Metal legacy. Their latest full-length album, Kydoimos, was released in 2024 via Soulseller Records. With a new album currently in the works, KAWIR continue to carry their Hellenic Black Metal legacy forward.
