The second edition of the CircleArt Festival of recycling and circular art – “Is Green Change Feminine?” – has recently been completed in Niš. This festival, which promotes and develops artistic practices dedicated to sustainable models and environmental protection, opened with a photography exhibition, which on this occasion is being moved to AKC “Gnezdo”. The group photography exhibition, resulting from an open public call within EU Green Week, focuses on ecology and all the consequences of consumerist, neoliberal, and consumption-based patterns of human behavior.
This year’s festival theme was the role of women, artists, and activists, with a focus on their greater visibility and affirmation, which will also be the subject of the discussion with activists in Kruševac.
Admission to the program is free!
The project is implemented within the program “Culture for Democracy”, coordinated by the Hartefakt Fund with the support of the Swiss government in Serbia.
The project is supported by the European Union.
