This is time for you. The yoga we will practice is gentle and calming, aimed at releasing stress and negative energy. We learn breathing exercises, mindfulness, and physical postures for stretching and improving mobility.
Yoga guidelines are simple:
We do everything according to our own abilities
We don’t compare ourselves to others; instead, we focus our attention on ourselves and our mental and physical processes
Apart from the instructor’s guidance, we practice in silence
Tatjana Glogovac is a certified instructor from Vrnjačka Banja. She has been practicing yoga for 15 years, and completed her yoga and meditation training in India. Since then, she has been teaching classes in various countries across Europe as well as in Serbia.
