11 AM – Interactive project “Prelo”
The project Prelo, which won second prize in this year’s Gnezdo Gallery competition, aims to create a sculptural object through a guided participatory performance, with the participation of the craft workshop Etno Rasina and interested members of the local community, in collaboration with sculptor Lena Jovanović.
Following the conceptual sketch, which represents two systems directed toward one another (ars and techne) in the form of positions within concentric circles, participants will create an art object made of wool on-site. This object will bring together conclusions about the intertwining of contemporary art and traditional craftsmanship in this area, developed throughout the project.
The event will be documented, and the documentation will be presented at an exhibition after the practical work is completed, together with the newly created object.
Everyone interested is invited to attend and take part in the discussion and/or collective work (crocheting, knitting) on Saturday, November 9.
9 PM – The Cyclist Conspiracy
Originally conceived as an informal project within the now-defunct Society for the Development of Alchemical Studies “Vasko Popa,” The Cyclist Conspiracy has grown into a long-standing collective combining musical influences from many different parts of the world. Avoiding superficial modern eclecticism, they channel creative energy toward the synthesis of imagined elements.
Whether inspired by the Byzantine Empire, secret nomadic desert routes, smoky taverns full of rogues and unruly women, or steppes with skies reserved only for shamans—psychedelic rock, Turkish rock, the Near or Far East—their journeys are never simply a search for the heart of this world. Sometimes they appear as a symbolic search for Constantinople, the heart of Byzantium’s cyclical empire, but they are always a search for the heart of the only true light – Agape.
📍10.11. (Sunday)
5 PM – 9 PM – Serious game “Thinking Forms / Speaking Forms / Shaping the Social Commons” – Tri groša (Belgrade)
The goal of the game is to find a model for the functioning of the INSTITUTION as a form of social practice whose role is to organize human lives and social relations down to the smallest details, in a way that corresponds to the needs of community members.
A serious game is a developing genre that combines different game mechanics with goals that go beyond entertainment. Through serious games, participants can acquire and exchange knowledge and skills, propose solutions to problems they face, and build and strengthen their communities.
Social actors of all ages, backgrounds, and identities are invited to participate and contribute from both their professional and personal expertise toward imagining models of functioning that could make society better and improve the quality of life for its members.
You can apply for participation via the form.
9 PM – Opening of the exhibition “Art Project Gnezdo”
by Zorica Janakov and Neva Grujić
9:30 PM – Poetry Evening
“What happens in the nest?
Little birds have nested, and what
do little birds do? They chirp
with chirping songs, wanting
to reach the sky.
Bring your POEMS, come chirp together – NEST YOURSELF!”
After that:

📍11.11. (Monday, public holiday)
4 PM – Filipino magician and juggler
7 PM – UPSIDE-DOWN STORIES: The Real Cinderella
Performances from the Upside-Down Stories series are based on well-known fairy tales, but in this version, the original plots are “turned upside down” because the protagonists come from vulnerable social groups.
The Real Cinderella tells the story of a girl with a disability who uses crutches to move. In the story, she tries to find ways out of challenging situations using her specific life experiences. The performance is intended for primary school children aged 7–10.
The performance combines audio storytelling, acting, contemporary dance, interactive games, costumes, music, and lighting design. The story is transformed into a unique hybrid performance lasting up to 45 minutes. During the performance, children sit on the floor around the edges of the room in a circle, while all action takes place in the center.
Performances follow the concept of a relaxed performance, where audience reactions are accepted and incorporated into the continuation of the show, and spontaneous children’s behavior is welcomed as an integral part of the experience—especially important for children with Down syndrome or children on the broader autism spectrum.
