You will help create a stable community that supports the development of programs and the long-term growth of Gnezdo, carry out creative fundraising campaigns for the continued development of local culture, and enable other members to fully focus on their roles within the group.
This is a volunteer position.
Job Description
If you believe you are someone who can clearly and precisely express ideas so that many people understand them, and you have the courage and skills to raise funds for the development of a cultural community—this is your chance to “nest” with us.
We expect you to:
develop the group’s fundraising strategy
research and identify potential donors
lead promotional and fundraising campaigns
apply for funding through open calls
maintain continuous communication with members, partners, and the local community
Required Skills:

creative, imaginative, and entrepreneurial mindset
