Last week, we were in Zagreb attending the excellent event FORUM 2.0 — NEXT GEN, organized by Kooperativa – Regional Platform for Culture.
Our representative, Kaća Dimitrijević, took part in the panel “Mechanisms of Responding to Crisis: Networks vs. Movements — Self-Organization and Institutional Dialogue.”
From Sarajevo to Brussels, from Podgorica to Ghent, the discussion explored the tension between stability and precarity, raising questions about what is lost when security is gained, and the often impossible costs that precarious organizations bear in order to survive. The conversation also opened up issues of responsibility, consensus, and solidarity among organizations operating from very different positions of power.
